I realize that you may be struggling to adjust to the new and unprecedented ways in which our lives have changed over the past year, including how your children attend school. Since this is a challenging time for many of our students and families, I would like you to know that I am here to support you in any way I  can.
I can assist students both in person and remotely with social, emotional, and academic concerns. While we may not physically be in school full time, I am accessible by email and phone, and can plan a time to discuss any concerns you may have.

Meet the School Counselor

Hi! My name is Bayley Clayton and I am the School Counselor at Troy Hills School. My goal as the School Counselor is to help children achieve their fullest academic, social, and emotional potential. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of NJ, and after working a few years in both a middle and elementary school setting, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in School Counseling. I received my Masters Degree in School Counseling from Kean University and have been working at Troy Hills since 2015. I feel so fortunate to work with amazing students, families, and staff each day!

As part of my role as the School Counselor, I also act as:

  • Anti-Bullying Specialist
  • 504 Committee Chairperson
  • Intervention and Referral Services Committee Chairperson

When I’m not at school, I enjoy hiking, drawing, and spending time with my family!
